For the past 45 years, Dr. Helen’s compassion and drive for quality improvement helped Tang+Company grow into one of the nation’s leading providers of workplace health and safety solutions. Her dedication to person-centered care has continuously provided educational opportunities for team members and expanded care options for clients. As a female executive that grew up in the multiracial melting pot of Singapore, the ideas of equity, diversity, and inclusion are more than a commitment — they are the foundation of her approach to life and work.
Outside of work, she treasures time with family and exploring new culinary experiences with others. She also loves nature and enjoys the outdoors, hiking, and fly-fishing with Dr. Brian, her lifelong partner of over 45 years.

Since the beginning, Dr. Brian’s compassion and belief in personalized care have been the cornerstone of Tang+Company’s success and have been instrumental in shaping a care-first philosophy, which continues today. For Dr. Brian, it’s always been about serving people — ever since he worked as a medical missionary in Africa as a young doctor. Today, he proudly provides care alongside the medical team, continues to strengthen teams, and always looks for ways to improve services and solutions for clients and patients across the United States.
Dr. Brian’s life revolves around his family and his love of the outdoors. Those close to him know his passion for fishing and getting others to fish with him. He is truly grateful to Dr. Helen, both personally and professionally, for being an amazing partner who creates a successful work-life balance.

Beyond his work as Co-CEO, Dr. Cliff is passionate about optimizing Tang+Company’s processes and services to the unique needs of its clients. He works closely with medical, operational, and account management teams on process improvement, automation, and data-related optimization of occupational health care delivery. He is instrumental in the creation and continued development of our Electronic Command Center (ECCTM)—a propriety electronic health records and virtual care platform for occupational health care.
Outside of work, Cliff enjoys spending time with his family and is fascinated by how his children have come to command all things snack-related. In his downtime, Cliff enjoys watching the Lakers, discovering fresh powder on his snowboard, and listening to music that is not “Baby Shark.”

Dr. Chris loves working with the Tang+Company team to develop medical programs that follow the idea of ‘Sine Qua Non’ — doing everything necessary to provide the best outcomes for the patients and businesses he serves. Chris’ expertise is relied upon by 17 Fortune 200 companies, which he serves as a medical consultant. But he is most proud of his work developing an industry-leading care model proven to create better medical results for patients and a return on investment for clients.
Outside of work, Chris is a proud dad of 4 boys and loves cooking steaks for his family and friends while recognizing the importance of a balanced diet. True to this Southern California roots, Chris loves exploring on weekends to find the best spot to jump on his surfboard and catch a wave.
